my tale of woe (or lesson learned)

Friendship bread…

My sister gave me starter…. She gave some to my mother as well, and I ended up baking both starters. That’s a lot of stinkin’ food! So instead of doing the same flavor over and over again one was done with pistachio, one was done with cocoa powder and chocolate chips and the last batch was done with dates.

And so ends my tale of woe, for you see the 10th day is baking day and I, I forgot until 10:45pm… leaving me cooking until the wee hours… and sleeping for a mere four hours.

Yikes!
