Last night I stood in the parking lot at church talking to friends and one of them pointed to the moon. Oh the picture--bright, white, full and from my vantage point off-center from the church steeple. (Oh where, oh where was my camera?)

Thirty minutes later, I was in my car alone driving on a back road, no artificial lighting around me and I thought, "the sky is so bright and blue" and I leaned forward to look for the light source and there it was, the moon. How awesome is that?

Pretty darn awesome! The moon is one of those wonderful financially not burdensome parts of my life that I love! Full moon is a wonderful time, and we get it every twenty-eight days (except for those unfortunate overcast times!) Nice picture, and a very nice observation!

Last night I walked home from youth group and was able to observe the night sky and how bright the moon. Extremly lovely and it what a nice night for a walk!

Around 5am I woke up to find the moon shining it's light in my face, my window, the perfect frame. I jumped up to find my camera in the dark, but remembered it was not in my room. Drat.

For three nights now, straight (with a wee bit to the right) out the balcony doors, I have had a fantastic view of the moon coming up over the trees. (Advantage of a second floor apartment situated across a highway, with nothing but field on the other side back to the trees.) Of course, it beckons me out onto the balcony to visit for a little while...

It's good to know others are out there enjoying it as well...

Yes Morgan, I was thinking the same thing--that's just about as awesome as seeing the bright moonlit sky. Knowing that there are other people in other places doing the same thing, enjoying what God put here.
